At Garage Revival Brisbane, we take pride in providing quality garage cleaning services to our customers in Brisbane. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines when you may be eligible for a refund or re-service.

 

1. Change of mind

Please choose carefully when booking our services. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you simply decide you no longer want the service after it has been provided.

 

2. Service issues or concerns

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us within 48 hours of the service. We will:

- Review your concern promptly; and

- Offer a re-clean or partial refund where appropriate, based on the nature of the issue. We may request photos or additional details to assess your claim.

 

3. Cancellations

- More than 24 hours’ notice: Full refund or reschedule with no fee.

- Less than 24 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee (up to 50% of the booking amount) may apply to cover allocated staff and scheduling costs.

- No-shows: No refund will be issued if our team arrives at your property and cannot access the site or the job is refused on arrival.

 

4. Faults or damage

If accidental damage occurs as a result of our work, please notify us immediately. We will investigate and, if appropriate, repair or compensate in line with our insurance coverage and obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
